Sunday Goosfaba 5/25/08
So yeah, I’m sorry that I didn’t blog last week…Laziness becomes me. The Cure service was good, packed, and I played bass for the first time. Visit Alex’s blog for more details on last weeks’ youth service.
Now, on to today’s Goosfaba. Service was great. Worship was rockin’ during second service (it was definitely louder than it was during first service). Second service was PACKED AS CRAP!! It was insane. And Becca somehow still manages to save a seat for me. xP Travis was great today. I love how he interacts with the members (“you look like an hourglass. It’s just that all your sand has fallen to the bottom.” x) After service, I headed down to the Bayfront Park for the baptism. Okay, so I was actually going to see if Travis would get arrested. Sue me. ;P But our plans had to take a detour…To the Keys Gate golf place. No baptisms today. Still, I had a good time talking to some cool guys and playing lots of football with these old guys (*cough* Jesse, Alex *cough cough*). My team won. ;] it’s the Luck Of The Ritz, what can I say? I do believe I have SOME Irish blood somewhere in me…
But yeah, in random news, 12 more days of school, four weeks tommorow, and I’ve been listening to this same techno song nonstop since Thursday…I’m currently on my 37th time. =]
Fried ice cream, pecan pie, gelatinous blobs. (Talking to the Graham Crackah makes me all random.)
