Fun fun fun day today! I mean, in addition to a great service (I really enjoyed (Un)Christian. To me, it was the best series I’ve heard in my year and two months of attending LPC), we had a delicious great membership luncheon. My mother and I are now officially Life Pointe Church members. And very soon, I might even be staff. I talked to Travis about a part-time job (see my last blog), and I may very soon be getting paid to be Jesse’s slave “helper”… But yeah, I do believe that my favorite part of today was the fellowshiping at the luncheon.
And another thing! My mom told me that lots of people at church congratulated her on the new car (or at least, in her mind it was a lot…We all know how those silly Cubans love to exaggerate. ;D). You know what that means? It means that people read my blog! Huzzah! If you are reading this right now, THANK YOU! Although, it’d make me a lot happier if EVERY SINGLE PERSON WHO READ THIS WOULD LEAVE A COMMENT to let me know that they read this…But I suppose I can’t have my delicious warm, fresh-baked pecan pie made by a Georgian grandmother topped with ice cream that melts on contact with the warm delicious pie made by my Southern grandma cake and eat it too. Besides, I like pie better. I’ve decided that the day I get married, we’ll have a ginormous wedding pie instead of the traditional wedding cake. Whoops! I’m getting ADD on you guys (much like travis today…He should take Nyquil more often, he was very entertaining up there this morning).
Rawr!

Hey Ritz, You probably dont know me but I do read your blog and find it quite funny, insightful and very real. I am proud to know of such an on fire young believer as yourself. Your Mom must be very proud. Congrats ahead of time on the job! That would be awesome for both you and Jesse. God Bless you and I hope I didnt sound too “Old School” LOL I love what Pastor Travis and all the leaders are doing at Life-pointe…its “The Gospel” but its fresh, creative and inviting, even for us old hippies.
